Novak Lock & Security in Vermont

Novak Lock & Security in Virginia - Locksmith services share our standards, but here in Vermont we’ve handled locks, keys, and access systems for homeowners since 2002. Every job we do, from a simple rekey to a full Medeco high-security installation, begins the same way: a firm price quoted on the phone and put in writing before a technician ever turns a cylinder. We’re part of the Haven family, which means five published clauses govern every visit we make across Vermont. No door upsell. No surprise invoice. No mystery about who’s coming to your house. Just written evidence of what we found and what we did.

Why Vermont Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

The locksmith trade has a reputation problem, and Vermont homeowners who research before they call know exactly what it looks like-something Novak Lock & Security in Washington - Locksmith teams also work to prevent: a low teaser quote, a technician who “discovers” extra work at the door, and a final bill double what was promised. We built our entire operation against that pattern, and it’s been our rule since 2002, not a recent marketing shift. The dispatcher gives you a price on the phone. The technician is contractually prohibited from changing it at the door. That single rule applies to all 60,000-plus locks, keys, and systems we’ve installed or serviced, every one documented with a written price before work began and a photo record when we left. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, and we’re factory-authorized on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage hardware, so the full spectrum from entry-grade to high-security is priced in writing before anyone starts. If something isn’t done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. And if you have a written estimate from another company, bring it to us and we’ll review it free of charge.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy and build home-service companies willing to sign five published clauses: price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, verified licensed and insured crews, photographic evidence of what was found, and no upsell at the door. Novak Lock & Security is independently owned and operated in Vermont, working to The Haven Standard on every job, alongside all ten Haven brands and our Novak Lock Security specialists in other states. You know the price, the person, and the evidence before you have to trust anyone.
