Novak Lock & Security in West Virginia

Novak Lock & Security in West Virginia

Novak Lock Security sales & service has handled locksmith work across West Virginia since 2002, now part of the Haven family of home-service companies. We install, rekey, and service locks, keys, and complete security systems for homeowners throughout the state, and every job follows a single rule that has never changed: a written price agreed before we dispatch, with no authority for any technician to change it at the door. That rule is Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, and it applies to every call we take in West Virginia.

Why West Virginia Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

West Virginia homeowners tend to research before they call, and they ask good questions about pricing, who is coming to the house, and what happens if something goes wrong. We answer those questions in writing before the job is booked. Since 2002, our technicians have installed or serviced more than 60,000 locks, keys, and systems, and every single one started with a fixed price quoted on the phone and ended with a documented record of the work. We also offer Novak Lock & Security in Wisconsin - Locksmith for customers in that region. There is no bait and switch in our process because the contract we operate under forbids it. The dispatcher gives you the price. The technician is not permitted to change it when they arrive. That has been true for more than two decades, and it is the reason our customers stay with us through multiple homes.

Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, and they arrive with a real appointment window and a named person, not a vague four-hour slot. When the job is done, you receive a photo record showing exactly what was found and what was changed. We work on the full range of hardware, from entry-grade residential locks to high-security systems from Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage, and we carry factory authorization for that work. Our services extend to Novak Lock & Security in Wyoming - Locksmith as well. If you have a written estimate from another locksmith, bring it to us. We will review it at no charge and tell you whether the scope and the price line up with what you actually need. And if anything we install or rekey is not done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. That is not a marketing line. That is the guarantee stamped on every job we do across West Virginia.

Backed by the Haven Family

Novak Lock & Security is independently owned and operated, and every job follows The Haven Standard. That means the price in writing before any work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, licensed, insured and background-checked crews with the license number published, photographic evidence of what we found and did, and no upsell at the door. Haven is not a locksmith chain. It is the standard we agree to and the documentation system that proves it. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you, and that is the condition West Virginia homeowners are buying back when they call us. We also serve customers through Novak Lock & Security in Alabama - Locksmith.
