Novak Lock & Security in Wisconsin
Novak Lock & Security has served Wisconsin homeowners since 2002, completing more than 60,000 lock, key, and security system installations across the state, each one starting with a written price and ending with a documented record. We’re an independently owned and operated locksmith working under The Haven Standard, which means the dispatcher quotes a firm price on the phone and the technician is not permitted to change it at the door. That rule has been in place for over two decades, and it’s the foundation every Wisconsin job is built on.
Why Wisconsin Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security
The reason homeowners across Wisconsin call us is simple: we tell them what the work will cost before a van ever moves. Not a range that widens once the technician sees the lock, not an estimate that requires a site visit to confirm. A firm price, quoted by the dispatcher, that the technician cannot change on the doorstep. That’s Clause 1 of The Haven Standard, and it’s been the rule on every one of the 60,000 jobs we’ve done since 2002. Beyond pricing, we carry factory-authorized experience on premium lock brands including Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage, so whether a homeowner needs an entry-grade deadbolt replaced or a high-security cylinder system installed, the work is priced in writing before anyone turns a cylinder. Every technician who shows up at a Wisconsin door - unlike Novak Lock & Security in Wyoming - Locksmith crews - is background-checked and uniformed, and every visit ends with a documented photo record left with the customer, not as an upgrade but as standard procedure. We also answer calls with a live person around the clock, so a locked-out homeowner never sits in a voicemail queue waiting for a callback. And if something isn’t done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we return and make it right, on every lock installation, rekey, or emergency call.
Backed by the Haven Family
Haven was formed in 1998 to acquire and build home-service companies that would commit to one thing above all else: making the price, the person, and the evidence known before the customer has to trust anyone. Novak Lock & Security in Alabama - Locksmith and our Wisconsin team carry that standard on every job. Licensed, insured, background-checked crews. A named technician with a real arrival window. Photographic proof of what was found. No upsell at the door, ever. That’s the Haven Standard, and it applies to every lock we touch in Wisconsin.
