Novak Lock & Security in Virginia

Novak Lock & Security in Virginia

Our Novak Lock Security services have served Virginia homeowners since 2002, installing and servicing more than 60,000 locks, keys, and systems under one non-negotiable rule: the price you’re quoted on the phone is the price on your invoice. We’re part of the Haven family, which means every job we do across Virginia starts with a written price and ends with a documented record. No bait-and-switch at the door, no “we found something extra,” no surprise line items. Just locksmith work priced in writing before anyone turns a cylinder.

Why Virginia Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

Virginia homeowners call us because we answer with a firm price, not a service call fee and a shrug. Since 2002, our dispatchers have quoted the job over the phone and our technicians have been prohibited from changing that price when they arrive. That rule predates every competitor’s marketing campaign about “upfront pricing,” and it’s the foundation the business was built on. Every technician who shows up at a Virginia home is background-checked, uniformed, and working to The Haven Standard. When the job is done, you get a documented photo record of what was found and what was done, left with you as standard procedure, not an upgrade. We carry factory-authorized work on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage hardware, so whether you need an entry-grade deadbolt replaced or a high-security cylinder rekeyed, the scope and price are written down before we start. And if you have a written estimate from another Virginia locksmith, bring it to us. We’ll review it at no charge and give you a second opinion.

Backed by the Haven Family

The Haven Standard applies to every Novak Lock & Security job across Virginia, and it’s five clauses, published, not a marketing vibe. Price in writing before work starts. A real arrival window with a named technician. Crews that are licensed, insured, and background-checked. Photographic evidence of what we found. No upsell at the door. Haven doesn’t pretend to be from Virginia; we are. What Haven contributes is the standard we agree to work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps our prices honest. A haven, by definition, is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That’s the condition we sell.
