Novak Lock & Security in North Dakota
Novak Lock Security specialists have handled locks, keys, and access systems for North Dakota homeowners since 2002. We’re a Haven company, which means every job across the state runs on one rule: the price is written down before anyone starts, and the technician is not permitted to change it at the doorstep. That rule has been in place since day one, and it’s the reason homeowners who research before they call end up calling us. Over 60,000 locks, keys, and systems installed or serviced, every single one with a written price up front and a documented record at the end.
Why North Dakota Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security
North Dakota winters are hard on locks. Extreme cold snaps and freeze-thaw cycles seize cylinders, snap keys, and expose weak hardware that worked fine in October. We see it every season. Homeowners choose Novak Lock & Security in Ohio - Locksmith and our North Dakota team because we give them something concrete before they commit: a firm price quoted by a live dispatcher over the phone, in writing, with no fine print that lets the number move once a van pulls up. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, and every visit ends with a documented photo record of what was found and what was done. If a lock, rekey, or emergency call isn’t done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right at no extra charge. We carry factory-authorized work on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage, so whether a homeowner needs an entry-grade deadbolt or high-security cylinder, the price is set the same way: written down before anyone turns a cylinder.
Backed by the Haven Family
Haven was built on a simple observation: most homeowners don’t get burned by bad workmanship. They get burned by not knowing. Not knowing the price, not knowing who’s coming, not knowing what was actually found. Every job across North Dakota operates under The Haven Standard: five published clauses covering written pricing, arrival windows, verified crews, photographic evidence, and no upsell at the door, just as you’d expect from Novak Lock & Security in Oklahoma - Locksmith. We also offer a free second opinion on any written estimate from another locksmith. Bring us a competitor’s quote, and we’ll review it at no charge. Because a haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you.
