Novak Lock & Security in Maryland

Novak Lock Security specialists have been handling locks, keys, and entry systems for Maryland homeowners since 2002. Every job, from a simple deadbolt replacement to a full Medeco high-security install, starts the same way: a firm price quoted over the phone, put in writing before the van moves, and never changed at the door. That rule has held for more than two decades and it applies to every call we answer across Maryland. We’re part of the Haven family, which means the price, the technician, and the record of work are all documented, every time.

Why Maryland Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

The locksmith trade has a reputation problem, and Maryland homeowners who research before they call already know it. A low phone quote turns into a door price three times higher once the technician arrives. Novak Lock & Security in Massachusetts - Locksmith was built to be the exception. Since 2002, we’ve completed more than 60,000 lock, key, and security system jobs, and every single one began with a written price agreed to before any work began. Our dispatchers quote the job, and our technicians are contractually prohibited from changing that number once they’re standing on your porch. If a competitor has given you a written estimate, bring it to us and we’ll review it at no charge. We’re factory-authorized for Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage, so the work is covered from entry-grade hardware through high-security systems. Every technician who arrives at a Maryland home is background-checked and uniformed, and every visit ends with a documented photo record showing exactly what was found and what was done. If something isn’t right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we come back and fix it. No window dressing, no upcharges. That’s the entire model.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven exists because too many good locksmiths get bought by companies that strip the name and gut the standards. We took the opposite approach. Novak Lock & Security in Michigan - Locksmith works to the Haven Standard: five published clauses covering written pricing, arrival windows, verified crews, photographic evidence, and zero door upselling. Every Maryland job is held to all five. Nothing about who we are is left to chance, and nothing about what you’ll pay is left to the technician standing at your door.
