Novak Lock & Security in Massachusetts

Novak Lock & Security in Massachusetts

Novak Lock Security sales & service has been locking and unlocking Massachusetts homes since 2002. We’re a full-service locksmith: rekeys, lock changes, deadbolt installations, high-security cylinder work, and the 2 a.m. lockout call no one planned to make. What separates us from every other locksmith van in the state is not the tools or the training, though we hold factory authorization on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage. It’s a single rule: the dispatcher quotes a firm price on the phone, and the technician is contractually prohibited from changing it at your door. That’s been true on every one of the 60,000-plus locks, keys, and systems we’ve installed or serviced since 2002, and it’s the reason homeowners who research before they call eventually land on us.

Why Massachusetts Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

Because the number on the phone is the number on the invoice. When you call, a live person answers, 24/7, no voicemail queue and no callback window. You tell them what’s wrong. They quote a price in writing before the van rolls. When the technician arrives, that price does not move. It hasn’t since 2002, and the rule predates every review site, every lead-gen middleman, and every bait-and-switch operator that has since crowded the trade. Massachusetts homeowners who read the three-star reviews know exactly the pattern we’re avoiding: a lowball quote over the phone, a different story at the door, and an invoice that has nothing to do with either. We don’t do that. Every visit ends with a documented photo record left with you, a written scope of what was found and what was done, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right. If you already have a written estimate from another locksmith, bring it to us and we’ll review it as a free second opinion. Background-checked, uniformed technicians show up on time, by name, working to The Haven Standard, the same documented quality framework applied across all ten Haven brands.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 with one job: buy or build home-service companies that agree to be held to five published clauses, and leave the brand, the crews, and the local name exactly as they are. Clause 1 is the written price. Clause 2 is the real arrival window with a named technician. Clause 3 is licensed, insured, background-checked crews with the license number published. Clause 4 is photographic evidence of what we found. Clause 5 is no upsell at the door. Every Novak Lock & Security job in Massachusetts runs on those five clauses.
