Novak Lock & Security in California

Novak Lock & Security handles locksmith work across California under one rule that has not changed since 2002: a firm price quoted on the phone, in writing, before a technician ever gets near your door. Rekeys, deadbolt upgrades, high-security cylinders, lockouts, commercial hardware, master key systems. Every job starts the same way. You know the number before we dispatch. You know who is coming. And when the work is done, you leave with a documented photo record of what was found and what was changed. That is the Novak Lock Security sales & service standard, and it sits inside the Haven family, where the same five clauses bind every brand.

Why California Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

California homeowners have a specific problem with locksmiths, and it is not workmanship. It is the call-out quote that becomes a door-step invoice, the “parts upgrade” that appears after the cylinder is already out of the door, the guy in an unmarked vehicle who cannot produce a license. Novak Lock & Security in Colorado - Locksmith was built to answer that problem directly. The dispatcher quotes a firm price on the phone. Clause One of The Haven Standard says the technician is contractually prohibited from changing it at the door. That rule has been in force since 2002, and it predates every competitor’s promise by two decades. Beyond pricing, the crews are background-checked and uniformed, and every visit ends with a documented photo record, not a verbal summary. We have installed or serviced more than 60,000 locks, keys, and systems, and every one of them carried a written price before we started and a documented record when we left. That is not a marketing line. It is the operating procedure.

For homeowners in California who care about the actual hardware, Novak Lock & Security in Connecticut - Locksmith carries factory-authorized work on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage. That spans the full spectrum from entry-grade residential cylinders to high-security restricted keyways, and the price for any of it is quoted in writing before anyone turns a cylinder. If you already have a written estimate from another locksmith, bring it to us. We will review it at no charge and give you a straight second opinion. And if the work is not done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise applies: we make it right, on every lock installation, rekey, or emergency call. That promise does not expire after 30 days. It runs a full year.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven has held companies to a published standard since 1998, and Novak Lock & Security in Delaware - Locksmith operates under all five clauses. Price in writing before work starts. A real arrival window with a named technician. Crews that are licensed, insured, and background-checked, with the license number published. Photographic evidence of what was found on every visit. No upsell at the door. The name is a promise about the condition you are buying back: somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. Novak carries that promise across every California job.
