Novak Lock & Security in Delaware

Novak Lock & Security has served Delaware since 2002, installing and servicing more than 60,000 locks, keys, and security systems under one rule that has never changed: the price you’re quoted on the phone is the price on the invoice. No doorstep recalculations, no surprise fees. As part of the Haven family, Novak Lock Security sales & service means every technician in Delaware works to a published five-clause standard covering written pricing, verified crews, and documented photo evidence on every visit.

Why Delaware Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

The locksmith trade has a reputation problem, and Delaware homeowners know it. A quoted $45 service call becomes $280 at the door. That is the problem Novak Lock & Security was built to eliminate in 2002, and the fix is simpler than most people expect: the dispatcher quotes a firm price, and the technician is contractually prohibited from changing it when they arrive. If the job requires more than the original scope, the additional work is priced and approved in writing before anything proceeds. Delaware customers also get a 365-Day Done Right Promise. If a lock installation, rekey, or emergency call isn’t done right, we make it right, no argument. Every technician is background-checked and uniformed, and every visit ends with a documented photo record left with the customer showing what was found and what was done. For Delaware homeowners upgrading to high-security hardware, Novak performs factory-authorized work on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage cylinders. Calls are answered by a live person around the clock, not a voicemail queue, and if you bring us a competitor’s written estimate, we’ll review it at no charge as a free second opinion.

Backed by the Haven Family

Novak Lock & Security carries the Haven name because the owners agreed, in writing, to the Haven Standard. Five clauses: the price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, crews that are licensed, insured and background-checked, photographic evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. That same documented quality framework applies across all ten Haven brands, from Novak Lock & Security in Florida - Locksmith to every Novak job in Delaware.
