Novak Lock & Security in Colorado

Novak Lock & Security sales & service has been the locksmith Colorado homeowners call when they want the price before the van moves. The business was built on a single rule that has held since 2002: the dispatcher quotes a firm number, and the technician is contractually prohibited from changing it at the door. That means no bait-and-switch, no “I need to see it first,” no surprise upcharge standing in your entryway. Whether it’s a rekey after closing, a deadbolt upgrade, or a 2 a.m. lockout, the price you hear on the phone is the price you pay.

Why Colorado Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

Since 2002, we have installed or serviced more than 60,000 locks, keys, and security systems, and every single one began with a written price and ended with a documented record. That is not a slogan; it is a procedure. When our technician arrives, you know who is coming: a background-checked, uniformed professional working to The Haven Standard, the same documented quality framework applied across all ten Haven brands. When they leave, you receive a photo record of exactly what was found and what was done, included as standard, not as an upgrade.

We carry factory-authorized work on the full security spectrum, from entry-grade Schlage and Baldwin hardware to high-security Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, and Abloy systems. That means a Colorado homeowner can move from a standard deadbolt to a restricted keyway without ever leaving our truck inventory or our written-price rule. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every lock installation, every rekey, every emergency call: if it’s not done right, we make it right. We will also review any competitor’s written estimate at no charge, because a second opinion should cost nothing but five minutes of your time.

Backed by the Haven Family

Every Novak Lock & Security job in Colorado operates under The Haven Standard: five published clauses covering price, arrival, verification, evidence, and no upsell at the door. The same standard applies to Novak Lock & Security in Connecticut - Locksmith and other locations. Haven was formed in 1998 to keep good home-service companies good, and the condition of carrying the name is agreeing to all five clauses. That is the guarantee behind every lock we touch across Colorado.
