Rowan Construction Group in Michigan

Rowan Construction Group specialists build and renovate homes across Michigan with a discipline most contractors talk about but few put on paper. Since 2007, Rowan has delivered more than 4,000 projects, and every single one started the same way: a written price, a written scope, and a written warranty before anyone picked up a tool. We handle kitchen remodels, home additions, ADUs, and a full range of construction trades. As part of the Haven family, Rowan operates under Clause 1 of the Haven Standard: have it in writing before the work begins.

Why Michigan Homeowners Choose Rowan Construction Group

Michigan homeowners live with real construction conditions that reward written discipline. Freeze-thaw cycles move foundations and crack concrete, humidity swings test drywall and trim, and older housing stock from Detroit’s streetcar-suburb boom through Grand Rapids’ postwar expansion hides surprises behind walls. Rowan’s approach fits that reality. Our 365-Day Done Right Promise says if it’s not done right, we make it right, backed by the Haven Standard and a terms page, not a handshake and a shrug. We carry more than fifty vetted material brands, from KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinets to GAF and Owens Corning roofing, Kohler and Toto fixtures, and Belgard and Techo-Bloc pavers. That depth gives the written quote honest numbers instead of inflated guesses. And no work proceeds on a change until the change order is signed. Not a verbal nod, not a text emoji. A signed document. That is the administrative discipline Haven acquired Rowan for, and the reason project costs have stayed within a few percent of the agreed price since 2007. Every visit includes a documented photo record of what we found and what we did. Background-checked, uniformed crews arrive with the license number on the page before they show up.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies before someone else bought them and stripped them. The promise to Michigan homeowners is the same one Haven has held since: five clauses, published, no asterisk. Price in writing before work starts. A real arrival window with a named technician. Licensed, insured, background-checked crews with the license number published. Photographic evidence on every job. No upsell at the door. Rowan Construction Group carries that standard on every Michigan project.
