Rowan Construction Group in Montana
Rowan Construction Group has delivered construction across Montana since 2007, completing more than 4,000 projects statewide, every one of them with a written price agreed before the first tool came off the truck. As part of the Haven family, Rowan brings seven trades to Montana homeowners: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, ADUs, roofing, pavers, and the finish work between them. The promise is simple and it is printed, not spoken: a flat price, a written scope, a written warranty, and a documented record of what was found and what was done on every visit. No asterisks, no handshake.
Why Montana Homeowners Choose Rowan Construction Group
The reason is not enthusiasm. It is that Rowan puts the number in writing before anyone picks up a tool, and has kept project costs within a few percent of the agreed price since 2007. That is four thousand projects with a signed change order required before any change proceeds. Clause 1 of the Haven Standard is the whole point: have it in writing, flat price, written scope, written warranty, before anyone starts. Montana homeowners researching contractors the way they research appliances will also find Rowan carries fifty-plus vetted material brands, from KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinets to Cambria countertops, GAF and Owens Corning roofing, Kohler and Toto fixtures, and Belgard pavers. Sourcing depth like that keeps the written quote honest instead of inflated. Every crew member is background-checked and uniformed, and a photo record of every visit is included, not optional. A live person answers the phone 24/7, and the license number is published on the page, because Clause 3 says crews are verified before they arrive, not after you ask.
Backed by the Haven Family
Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and were about to be bought by someone who would stop. Rowan Construction Group in Nebraska - Construction carries the Haven Standard on every job across Montana. That means the 365-Day Done Right Promise applies here in full: if it is not done right, Rowan makes it right. The guarantee is printed on every page and backed by a terms page, not a gesture. Montana is not where Haven is from. It is where Rowan shows up, with the standard that keeps the price, the person, and the evidence known before you have to trust anyone.
