Novak Lock & Security in Arizona

Novak Lock & Security in Arizona

Novak Lock & Security is the Arizona locksmith that quotes a firm price on the phone and is contractually prohibited from changing it at the door. Since 2002, we’ve installed and serviced more than 60,000 locks, keys, and security systems across the state, and every single one started with a written price and ended with a documented record. As part of the Haven family, we work to a published five-clause standard that tells you the price, the person, and the evidence before you ever have to trust anyone. We also offer Novak Lock Security sales & service nationwide. That’s the whole arrangement, in writing, every time.

Why Arizona Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

Arizona homeowners who research before they call tend to ask the same three questions: what will it cost, who is coming to the house, and what will I have when the job is done. We answer all three before the van moves. The dispatcher quotes a firm price over the phone, and our technician is not permitted to change it on the doorstep. That rule has been in place since 2002 and it is the foundation this business was built on. You’ll also know who is arriving: every Novak technician is background-checked and uniformed, working to the same documented quality framework applied across all ten Haven brands, including Novak Lock & Security in Arkansas - Locksmith. When the job is finished, you receive a photographic record of exactly what was found and what was done, as standard, not as an upgrade. We’re factory-authorized on premium hardware including Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage, so the full spectrum from entry-grade to high-security is covered. And if it’s not done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. Bring us a competitor’s written estimate and we’ll review it with you at no charge. No urgency theatre, no upsell at the door. Just a written price and a documented job.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 around a simple observation: good home-service companies get bought, and then they get worse. Novak Lock & Security carries the Haven name because we agreed to be held to all five clauses of The Haven Standard: the price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, crews that are licensed, insured and background-checked, photographic evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. The local business is ours. The standard is Haven’s. Arizona gets both.
