Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Rhode Island

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co cleans and inspects chimneys across Rhode Island the way the name says: to NFPA 211 Level 2, with a camera down the flue, a written price before any work starts, and a documented photo record when it’s done. Since 2009 we’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every one of them got the same two things: a price in writing before we touched anything, and evidence of what we found. Rhode Island homeowners get that as part of the Haven family, because Clause 4 of the Haven Standard made camera-scan documentation the default years before insurers started asking for it.

Why Rhode Island Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for what amounts to a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We don’t. Every visit includes a camera scan of the flue and a photo record you keep, so you can see what we saw. That practice started here in 2009 and became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, and it runs continuously on every job we do in Rhode Island. The name isn’t decoration. Level 2 is the inspection standard our Emberly Chimney Cleaners in South Carolina - Chimney Cleaning colleagues and we work to, on every chimney, whether it’s a cleaning or something more involved. We also carry materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, procured through Haven’s buying network specifically to keep customer prices honest. And the promise that matters most to homeowners who just bought at a high price: the price is written down before anyone starts. Not after the tech is already in your living room. Written scope, written warranty, signed agreement, then work begins. That’s Clause 1, and it’s not optional. Every technician who shows up is background-checked, uniformed, and named on the work order, with a text sent before they arrive. If a competitor gives you a written quote, bring it to us for a free second opinion. If we don’t do it right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven has been buying and building home-service companies since 1998, but it doesn’t pretend to be from Rhode Island. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated here. What Haven contributes is the standard: five published clauses covering price, arrival, crews, evidence, and no upsell. Every Emberly job in Rhode Island is held to all five, with the documentation to prove it, just as Emberly Chimney Cleaners in South Dakota - Chimney Cleaning does.
