Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Texas

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co inspects and cleans chimneys across Texas the way the NFPA 211 standard says it should be done: camera down the flue, written findings, and a documented record when the work is finished. Since 2009, we’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every single one got a written price before work started and a photo record when it was done. Texas homeowners who hire us get the full Haven Standard behind the visit, which means no flashlight inspections passed off as the real thing and no surprises on the invoice.

Why Texas Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge you for a look and call it an inspection. We made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before insurers or regulators started asking for it. That practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, and it has run continuously on every visit since. When our technician leaves your Texas home, you receive a documented photo record of what was found inside the flue, not a verbal summary you’re supposed to take on faith.

We also work under Haven Standard Clause 1: a written price, written scope, and written warranty delivered before anyone starts. Never “call for a quote.” The price is on paper, agreed to, and fixed. We source materials through Haven’s buying network from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield specifically to keep customer prices honest. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, with a named tech assigned to your job and a text when they’re on the way. Calls are answered by a live person around the clock, and if it’s not done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven has been buying and building home-service companies since 1998, and the condition for carrying the name is simple: agree to five published clauses covering price, arrival, crews, evidence, and no upsell. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated in Texas, which means local licenses, local trucks, and local neighbors. What Haven contributes is the standard we work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps prices honest.
