Novak Lock & Security in Florida

Novak Lock Security specialists have handled locks, keys, and access systems across Florida since 2002, and every one of the 60,000-plus jobs completed in that time started the same way: a written price agreed before a technician ever touched a door. Homeowners from Miami’s inland suburbs to the Panhandle’s older neighborhoods call us for rekeys, lock replacements, deadbolt upgrades, and emergency lockouts. What they get is a firm quote on the phone, a background-checked technician in uniform, and a documented record when the job is done. It’s a simple sequence, and it’s the reason we’re part of the Haven family.

Why Florida Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

The locksmith trade has a reputation problem in Florida, and it’s earned. A homeowner gets locked out, searches online, accepts a vague estimate, and watches the price climb at the doorstep. We built Novak Lock & Security to be the opposite of that call. Our dispatchers quote a firm price on the phone. Our technicians are contractually prohibited from changing it when they arrive. That rule has been in place since 2002, and it is the foundation of the business. Beyond pricing, our crews arrive background-checked and uniformed, and every visit ends with a documented photo record left with the customer, not offered as an add-on. We do factory-authorized work on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage hardware, from entry-grade cylinders to high-security systems. And if something isn’t done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right, on any lock installation, rekey, or emergency call in Florida.

Backed by the Haven Family

Novak Lock & Security operates under the Haven Standard, five published clauses that govern every job across all ten Haven brands. The price is in writing before work starts. A real arrival window comes with a named technician. Crews are licensed, insured, and background-checked. Photographic evidence documents what was found and what was done. And there is no upsell at the door, ever. When a Florida homeowner sees the Haven name, that’s the contract. Bring us any written competitor estimate and we’ll review it at no charge. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay, agreed before anyone starts turning a cylinder.
