Novak Lock & Security in Illinois

Novak Lock & Security in Illinois

Novak Lock & Security is the Illinois locksmith that quotes a firm price on the phone and is contractually prohibited from changing it at the door, a rule that has held since 2002. That means every rekey, deadbolt, high-security cylinder, and emergency lockout across Illinois starts the same way: a written price before anyone turns a key, and a documented photo record when the job is done. We offer our Novak Lock Security services as part of the Haven family, and that means every visit works to The Haven Standard, five published clauses covering price, arrival, crew, evidence, and no upsell. Homeowners across Illinois get the same written assurance on a $95 rekey or a full Medeco conversion.

Why Illinois Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

Since 2002, we’ve installed or serviced more than 60,000 locks, keys, and systems, and every one of them came with a written price before we started and a documented record when we left. Dispatchers quote a firm price over the phone, and technicians are not permitted to change it on the doorstep. That rule predates the smartphone, it predates the review sites, and it’s the reason homeowners who research before they call keep landing on us. The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers every lock installation, rekey, and emergency call: if it’s not done right, we make it right. We’re factory-authorized on Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, and Schlage, so the full spectrum from entry-grade cylinders to high-security keyways is available with a price in writing before anyone touches a cylinder. A background-checked, uniformed technician shows up on time, does the work, and hands you a photo record of what was found. And if you have a written estimate from another Illinois locksmith, bring it in: we’ll review it for free as a second opinion, no obligation, no pressure.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies before someone else bought them and cut corners. Novak Lock & Security in Indiana - Locksmith is a Haven brand, independently owned and operated, working to The Haven Standard, which is five clauses: price in writing, a real arrival window with a named technician, licensed and insured crews, photographic evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. If any of that fails on a Novak job anywhere in Illinois, the 365-Day Done Right Promise is how we make it right.
