Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Pennsylvania

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co sales & service handles chimney cleaning and inspection for homeowners across Pennsylvania, and the job is done to the NFPA 211 Level 2 standard every single time. That means a camera goes down the flue, not a flashlight. You receive a written price before any work starts, a documented photo record when it’s finished, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise behind every visit. Since 2009, we’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys in Pennsylvania this way, because guesswork about a firebox attached to your house isn’t acceptable to us or to you.

Why Pennsylvania Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Pennsylvania winters push chimneys hard. Freeze-thaw cycles, creosote buildup from long burn seasons, and older masonry in pre-war housing stock all show up in our camera scans. The reason homeowners choose us is simple: we show them what we found. Every visit includes a camera-scan inspection and a documented photo record under Haven Standard Clause 4, a practice we made standard in 2009, years before insurers or regulators asked for it. You get pictures of your flue, not a verbal summary.

Pricing works the same way. A written price, written scope, and written warranty are delivered before anyone starts, never after a technician is already standing in your living room. That’s Haven Standard Clause 1, and we don’t bend it. If a competitor has written you an estimate, bring it in and we’ll provide a free second opinion. Our materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network so the numbers stay honest. Every technician is background-checked, uniformed, and named before arrival, with a text when they’re on the way. If the work isn’t done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. No fine print, no arguing.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven exists because too many good home-service companies get bought and hollowed out. Haven’s approach is the opposite: keep the local crew, keep the name, and require five published clauses covering price, arrival, verification, evidence, and no surprises. Emberly Chimney Cleaners works to those clauses on every Pennsylvania job. The Haven Standard isn’t a marketing page. It’s the contract.
