Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Oregon
Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co sales & service is a chimney cleaning and inspection company serving homeowners across Oregon. We built our name on the NFPA 211 Level 2 inspection standard: a camera down the flue, a written price before work starts, and a documented record when the job is done. Since 2009 we’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every single visit included those three things. Oregon homeowners get the full Emberly standard as part of the Haven family, not as an add-on, not as an upgrade, and never with a surprise attached.
Why Oregon Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners
Most chimney companies charge for what amounts to a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We stopped doing that in 2009, years before insurers or regulators asked for it. Every visit from Emberly Chimney Cleaners includes a camera scan of the entire flue and a photo record of what we found. You see what we saw, and you keep the images. That practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, and it has run continuously for over fifteen years. Oregon homeowners also get our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if something isn’t done right, we make it right. But the promise most people care about is simpler than that. We deliver a written price, written scope, and written warranty before anyone picks up a brush. No “call for a quote,” no estimate after the tech is already in your home. If you have a written quote from another company, bring it to us and we’ll give you a free second opinion on it. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, with a license number on the page and a named tech assigned before we arrive. You’ll get a text when they’re on the way. And when you call, a live person answers, 24/7, not a voicemail. We source materials through Haven’s buying network, including DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, which keeps customer pricing honest on every repair and reline we do across Oregon.
Backed by the Haven Family
Haven formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies before someone else bought them and gutted them. The deal was, and still is, simple: keep the name, the crews, and the neighborhood ties, and agree to five published clauses covering the things customers actually complain about. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated, and every job across Oregon carries the Haven Standard - with the same quality you’d expect from Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Pennsylvania - Chimney Cleaning. That means the price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, licensed and insured crews with the license number published, photographic evidence of what was found, and no upsell at the door. Not because someone is watching. Because the standard is the brand.
