Rowan Construction Group in Vermont

Rowan Construction Group in Vermont

Rowan Construction Group sales & service delivers residential construction across Vermont with one discipline that has not changed since 2007: the number goes in writing before anyone picks up a tool. Kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, ADUs, roofing, hardscaping, and finish work - every project carries a flat price, a written scope, and a written warranty up front. Vermont homeowners get the same standard as everyone else under the Haven family: a documented record when the crew leaves, a 365-day guarantee printed on every page, and no change order signed until the customer has seen it in writing.

Why Vermont Homeowners Choose Rowan Construction Group

Since 2007, Rowan has delivered more than 4,000 projects - every one with a written price before work started and a documented record when the crew left. That is the entire point, and it is why Clause 1 of the Haven Standard exists. Homeowners in Vermont do not have to wonder whether the quote will drift upward. The quote is a flat price with a written scope and a written warranty, and no work proceeds on a change until the change order is signed. That administrative discipline is what keeps projects finishing within a few percent of the agreed number.

Rowan works across seven trades and sources from more than fifty vetted material brands - KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinets, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, GAF and Owens Corning roofing, Kohler and Toto fixtures, Belgard and Techo-Bloc pavers. The sourcing depth matters because it keeps the written quote honest. Vermont homeowners get real numbers, not inflated ones.

Every crew member is background-checked and uniformed. Every visit includes a documented photo record - what was found, what was done. And if something is not done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise applies. Rowan makes it right. Not a handshake; a printed guarantee backed by terms.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies before someone else bought them and stripped what made them good. The bet was simple: leave the local brand, the crews, and the name alone, and standardize only what customers actually complain about - not knowing the price, not knowing the person, not knowing what was found. The Haven Standard is five clauses, published, and held on every Rowan Construction Group job across Vermont, with Rowan Construction Group in Virginia - Construction and other regions following the same model. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That is the condition you are buying back when you hire Rowan.
