Novak Lock & Security in New Hampshire

Novak Lock & Security has handled locks, keys, and access systems for New Hampshire homeowners since 2002. More than 60,000 locks and systems installed or serviced, every single one with the same two bookends: a written price before the first tool comes out, and a documented record before the technician leaves. That second part matters to us. You should know exactly what was found, what was changed, and what it cost. No guesswork, no verbal assurances, no “trust me” handshake at the door. Just paper, photos, and a price that was agreed before anyone started.

Why New Hampshire Homeowners Choose Novak Lock & Security

New Hampshire homeowners tend to ask the same three questions before they let anyone touch their locks: what will it cost, who is coming to the house, and what happens if the work isn’t right. We answer all three before you hang up the phone. Our dispatchers quote a firm price on the call, and our technicians are contractually prohibited from changing that number at the door. That rule has been in place since 2002 and it is the entire reason the business exists. The person who shows up is background-checked, uniformed, and works to The Haven Standard, the same five-clause quality framework applied across all ten Haven brands, including our Novak Lock Security services. When the job is done, you receive a photo record of the work, not because you asked for it but because it is procedure. And every lock installation, rekey, or emergency call carries a 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right. We carry and service the full spectrum of hardware, from Schlage and Baldwin to high-security Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, and Abloy, as factory-authorized technicians. If you already have a written estimate from another locksmith, bring it to us. We will review it at no charge, and tell you honestly whether it is fair, inflated, or missing something.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven has held its companies to the same published standard since 1998: price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, verified crews, photo evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. While Novak Lock & Security is independently owned and operated in New Hampshire, sister operations like Novak Lock & Security in New Jersey - Locksmith uphold the same guarantee in full.
