Emberly Chimney Cleaners in New York

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co sales & service has inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys since 2009, every one with a camera down the flue, a written price before work started, and a documented photo record when the job was done. Across New York, we bring the same NFPA 211 Level 2 standard the company is named for, and the same paperwork that tells you exactly what was found and what was done. As part of the Haven family, every visit is held to five published clauses covering price, arrival, crews, evidence, and the absence of surprises.

Why New York Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for what amounts to a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before regulators or insurers asked for it, and that practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard. You get a photographic record on every visit, not as an add-on, but as the baseline. That matters in New York, where older flues, century-old masonry, and creosote buildup from hard burning seasons create conditions a visual glance simply cannot rule out. We tell you what we found, not what we felt about it.

The price is written before anyone starts. Never call for a quote, never a number that changes once the technician is in your home. A written scope, written warranty, and flat price are delivered up front under Clause 1 of the Haven Standard: have it in writing. We also offer a free second opinion on any written estimate. Bring us a competitor’s quote and we will review it against what we would actually do. And if it is not done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. Background-checked, uniformed technicians arrive on schedule, with a named tech assigned to your job and a text when they are on the way. Materials stay honest too: we source DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield through Haven’s buying network, which keeps customer pricing where it belongs.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 with a simple bet: leave good local operators alone, and standardize only the thing customers actually complain about, which is not knowing. Not knowing the price before the van arrives, not knowing who is coming into the house, not knowing what was found or what was done. Every Emberly Chimney Cleaners in North Carolina - Chimney Cleaning job carries the same Haven Standard’s five published clauses, stamped in writing, with the documentation to prove it. Emberly remains independently owned and operated, running its own trucks and its own crews. Haven contributes the standard, the record-keeping system, and the buying power that keeps prices honest.
