Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Connecticut

Our Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co services include chimney cleaning and inspections for homeowners across Connecticut under the Haven Standard. The name isn’t a slogan. It’s the inspection level we work to on every single visit: NFPA 211 Level 2, which means a camera goes down the flue and the condition gets documented, not guessed at. Homeowners who call us in Connecticut get a written price before any work starts, a named technician at the door, and a photo record of what was found when the job is done. That’s been the practice since 2009.

Why Connecticut Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Connecticut winters put real strain on flues. Freeze-thaw cycles work at masonry, creosote builds up season after season, and by the time a homeowner notices a problem, it’s often been developing for years. That’s why we made camera-scan documentation the default on every visit, not an add-on you have to request. We’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys since 2009, and every one of those jobs had the same two bookends: a written price agreed before work started and a documented record delivered when it was finished. Homeowners in Connecticut don’t have to take our word for what was found in their flue. We show them the photos. If a competitor has already quoted a job in writing, bring it to us and we’ll give a free second opinion. And our materials come from manufacturers we trust: DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network so the price stays reasonable. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every job we do in Connecticut. If it isn’t done right, we make it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven has held its companies to the same five clauses since 1998, and Emberly Chimney Cleaners is held to all of them. The price in writing before work starts. A real arrival window with a named technician. Crews that are licensed, insured, and background-checked with the license number published. Photographic evidence of what was found on every visit. And no upsell at the door. Independently owned and operated, with the standard in writing.
