Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Virginia

Emberly Chimney Cleaners is the chimney sweep brand in the Haven family serving homeowners across Virginia. Every Emberly visit in Virginia runs on the same five promises that define Haven: a written price before any work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, verified crews with the license number published, photographic evidence of what was found, and no upsell at the door. That combination matters in Virginia because our chimneys work hard through cold winters and humid summers. What we deliver is not a “flashlight look.” It’s an NFPA 211 Level 2 camera-scan inspection and a documented photo record on every single visit, included as standard under Haven Standard Clause 4.

Why Virginia Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Virginia homeowners choose Emberly because we show them what we found, not what we felt about it. Every visit includes a camera down the flue and a written record of the condition of the chimney, the firebox, the cap, and the liner. Since 2009, Emberly has documented more than 38,000 chimney inspections and cleanings across Virginia, each one with a written price agreed before the technician touched a brush, and each one with a documented record when the job was done. That inspection practice, which became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, started years before insurers or regulators asked for it. Virginia homeowners also get our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if something isn’t done right, we make it right. And our Free Second Opinion: bring us a competitor’s written estimate and we’ll review it honestly. We source materials through Haven’s buying network from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, specifically so Virginia customers don’t pay inflated parts prices. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed. When they are on the way, you get a text. And when you call, a live person answers.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven formed in 1998 to solve the one thing homeowners actually complain about in home services: not knowing. Not knowing the price before the van arrives, not knowing who is coming into the house, not knowing what was found or what was done. So Haven wrote five clauses covering exactly that, published them, and made agreeing to them the entire condition of carrying the name. Emberly Chimney Cleaners operates under those same five clauses on every job in Virginia. The trucks, the license, and the technicians are local. The standard they work to is not.
