Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Rhode Island

Emberly Chimney Cleaners handles chimney cleaning and camera-scan inspections for homeowners across Rhode Island, from the mill-town neighborhoods to the coastal communities. Every visit includes a written price before work starts, a named technician who arrives on schedule, and a documented photo record of what was found inside the flue. That’s not our pitch. It’s the contract we signed when we joined the Haven family, and it applies to every chimney we touch in this state.

Why Rhode Island Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Rhode Island chimneys take a beating from salt air, nor’easters, and the rapid freeze-thaw cycles that work mortar joints loose between December and March. We’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys since 2009, and every single one got a written price before anyone picked up a brush. Most companies charge extra for a camera scan. We don’t. NFPA 211 Level 2 inspection with a camera down the flue is included on every visit, and you get the photos when we’re done. That practice started in 2009, years before insurers began asking for it, and it’s now Clause 4 of the Haven Standard. If a technician from another company hands you a written estimate, bring it to us. We’ll give you a free second opinion, in writing. If our work isn’t done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we come back and make it right. No argument, no invoice.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven has been buying and building home-service companies since 1998, and the deal has always been the same: keep the local name, the local crews, and the local license, and agree to five published clauses. Written price before work starts. Real arrival window with a named tech. Licensed, insured, background-checked crews. Photo evidence on every job. No upsell at the door. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated in Rhode Island. The Haven Standard is what we’re held to on every visit.
