Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Ohio

Emberly Chimney Cleaners handles chimney cleaning and camera-scan inspection for homeowners across Ohio under the Haven Standard. That means a written price before anyone starts, a named technician with a real arrival window, and a documented photo record from inside the flue on every visit. We’re part of the Haven family, a group that has held every one of its brands to five published clauses since 2009. No flashlight-and-wave inspections. No “while we’re in here” upsells. Just the work, the evidence, and the price in writing.

Why Ohio Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Ohio winters put real load on a chimney. Freeze-thaw cycles through January and February stress masonry caps and crowns, and a season of hardwood fires leaves creosote glazing the flue walls. Emberly started doing camera-scan documentation as the default back in 2009, years before insurers or code updates asked for it. That practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, and we’ve inspected more than 38,000 chimneys since, every one with a written price before work started and a documented record when it was done. Homeowners who want to see what we saw get a photo report from inside the flue, not a summary of our feelings about it. If a competitor hands you a written quote, bring it to us for a free second opinion. If something isn’t done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. Materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network to keep prices honest for Ohio customers.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to keep good home-service companies from being bought and hollowed out. The bet was simple: leave the local brand alone, and standardize the one thing customers actually complain about, which is not knowing. Not knowing the price before the van arrives, not knowing who’s at the door, not knowing what was found. Every Emberly job in Ohio runs on those five published clauses, and if it’s not done right, we make it right.
