Emberly Chimney Cleaners in New York

Emberly Chimney Cleaners brings the Haven Standard to every chimney cleaning across New York. We inspect with a camera down the flue to NFPA 211 Level 2, not a flashlight from the hearth. We hand you a written price and written scope before anything starts. And when the job is done, you get a documented photo record of what we found. New York homeowners get the same thing on every visit: evidence, not opinion. That’s been our practice since 2009, and it’s Clause 4 of the Haven Standard we’re held to.

Why New York Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for a look and call it an inspection. We made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before regulators or insurers asked for it. Since then, our technicians have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, every one with a written price agreed before work began and a documented record when it was finished. Homeowners across New York tell us the same thing: they want to see what we saw. So we show them. The camera goes down the flue, the photos come back up, and the report tells you exactly what’s there. A cracked flue tile, a failing mortar joint, creosote buildup at Stage 2 instead of Stage 1. We say what we found, not what we felt about it. If a competitor has already given you a written estimate, bring it to us and we’ll give you a free second opinion. If the work isn’t done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. And every job is stamped with the Haven Standard: the price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, crews that are licensed, insured and background-checked, and photographic evidence on every visit. We carry materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network so the price you’re quoted stays honest. A live person answers our phones around the clock. And when your tech is on the way, you get a text.

Backed by the Haven Family

Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated. The trucks, the license, and the technicians are local to New York. What Haven contributes is the standard we agree to work to and the documentation system that proves we met it. Every Emberly job across New York carries the Haven Standard: five clauses covering the price, the person, the evidence, and the promise of no surprises. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That’s the condition we’re selling.
