Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Nebraska

Emberly Chimney Cleaners handles chimney cleaning and inspection work across Nebraska under the Haven Standard, the five-clause operating agreement that defines how every Haven company works. Nebraska homeowners get the same thing every Emberly customer gets: a written price before any work starts, a named technician with a real arrival window, and a documented photo record of what was found inside the flue. Since 2009, Emberly has inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, each one documented and each one priced in writing before a brush touched the flue. That’s the promise, and it holds in every Nebraska town we serve.

Why Nebraska Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies in Nebraska charge for what amounts to a flashlight look up the firebox and call it an inspection. Emberly doesn’t. We run an NFPA 211 Level 2 camera scan on every visit, which means a camera goes down the flue and records what’s actually there: creosote buildup, cracked flue tiles, animal nests, or a chimney that’s clean and fine. You see the photos. You don’t take our word for it. That practice started in 2009, years before insurers or code officials asked for it, and it’s now Clause 4 of the Haven Standard: evidence on every job. Nebraska winters put real strain on chimneys, with freeze-thaw cycles working on masonry and flue liners every season, and the camera shows what that strain has actually done. We also carry a 365-Day Done Right Promise on every job, and if something isn’t right, we make it right within a year. If another Nebraska chimney company gives you a written estimate, bring it to us: we’ll give you a free second opinion on it before you spend a dollar.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies and leave them alone except for one thing: the customer never has to guess. The price, the person, and the evidence are known before anyone has to trust us. That’s the H.A.V.E.N. code: Have it in writing, Arrive on schedule, Verified crews, Evidence on every job, No surprises. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated in Nebraska, and every job we do is held to all five clauses.
