Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Maine

Emberly Chimney Cleaners brings the Haven Standard to homes across Maine: a written price before any work starts, a named technician with a real arrival window, and a documented photo record of everything found inside your flue. Every chimney we clean or inspect is worked to NFPA 211 Level 2, which means a camera goes down the flue rather than a flashlight glance up it. Maine homeowners get the same promise that defines every Haven company: no price surprises, no door upsell, and evidence you can keep.

Why Maine Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Maine winters put real pressure on chimneys. Freeze-thaw cycles, hard use from October through April, and the creosote that builds up in wood-burning flues all mean that a visual check simply isn’t enough. That’s why Emberly made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before insurers or code officials started asking for it. That practice is now Clause 4 of the Haven Standard. Since then, our technicians have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every single one came with a written price before work began and a documented record when it was done. Our crews are background-checked and uniformed, with a license number published and a named tech assigned to each visit. You’ll get a text when they’re on the way. And if you’ve got a written estimate from another company, bring it to us: we’ll give you a free second opinion. We source materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield through Haven’s buying network, which is how we keep prices honest for Maine customers.

Backed by the Haven Family

Every Emberly job across Maine carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right. That promise is stamped on every job under the Haven Standard, five published clauses covering the price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named tech, verified and background-checked crews, photographic evidence from every visit, and no upsell at the door. Haven doesn’t pretend to be from Maine. Emberly’s technicians are your neighbors, with their license, their trucks, and their reputation on the line. What Haven contributes is the standard they agree to work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps prices fair.
