Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Hawaii
Emberly Chimney Cleaners is a Hawaii chimney cleaning company working to NFPA 211 Level 2 standards on every visit. That means a camera goes down the flue, not just a flashlight, and you receive a written price before any work starts plus a documented photo record when it’s done. We serve homeowners across Hawaii who want to know what’s happening inside their chimney before money changes hands. Every job is backed by the Haven family and the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
Why Hawaii Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners
Since 2009, Emberly has inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every one of those jobs followed the same sequence: a written price delivered before work began, a camera-scan inspection following NFPA 211 Level 2, and a documented photo record handed over when the work was finished. We made camera documentation the default practice years before insurers or regulators asked for it, and that archive practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard. For a homeowner in Hawaii, the salt air and humidity affect flue liners and masonry in ways that mainland climates don’t, which is why evidence matters. You don’t want a technician’s opinion about your chimney. You want photos of what the camera saw, a written scope that matches the price, and a named, background-checked technician who arrives when they said they would. Our technicians carry materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network to keep pricing honest. We also provide a free second opinion on any written competitor estimate, because a fair price should hold up to scrutiny.
Backed by the Haven Family
Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and protect them from buyers who would cut corners. Every Emberly Chimney Cleaners job across Hawaii carries the five clauses of the Haven Standard: a written price before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, verified and background-checked crews, photo evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every job we do: if it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s the entire condition of carrying the Emberly name.
