Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Florida

Emberly Chimney Cleaners handles chimney cleaning and inspection for homeowners across Florida under the Haven Standard. Every visit includes an NFPA 211 Level 2 camera scan, a written price before any work starts, and a documented photo record when the job is done. Florida homeowners get a chimney sweep that shows them what was found, not just tells them it looks fine. Emberly has operated under Haven’s five published clauses since day one, which means the price, the person, and the evidence are all settled before anyone steps through the door.

Why Florida Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Florida’s humidity does things to chimney systems that drier climates never see. Creosote absorbs moisture, masonry spalls, and dampers corrode faster than homeowners expect. Emberly’s technicians work to NFPA 211 Level 2, which means a camera goes down the flue on every visit, not just when something looks wrong. That practice started in 2009, years before insurers began asking for it, and it became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard: evidence on every job. Since then Emberly has inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, each one with a written price before work started and a documented photo record when it was done. Materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network so Florida customers pay honest prices for components. Every crew is background-checked and uniformed, with the license number on the page and a named tech assigned before the truck rolls. If a competitor has given you a written estimate, Emberly will review it and offer a second opinion at no charge. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise stands behind every job: if it isn’t done right, Emberly makes it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies that were about to be bought by someone who would run them into the ground. The standard approach was a call center between the customer and the technician, and reviews collapsed within two years. Haven made the opposite bet: leave the brand and the crews alone, and standardize only what customers actually complain about. Not workmanship. Not knowing. Not knowing the price before the van arrives, not knowing who is coming into the house, not knowing what was found or what was done. So Haven wrote five clauses covering exactly that, published them, and made agreeing to them the entire condition of carrying the name. H.A.V.E.N. means Have it in writing, Arrive on schedule, Verified crews, Evidence on every job, and No surprises. Every Emberly Chimney Cleaners job in Florida operates under all five, with no exceptions. The local Emberly team holds the license and runs the trucks; Haven supplies the standard they work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps prices honest. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That’s the condition Emberly restores every time a Florida homeowner makes the call.
