CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning in Michigan

CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning in Michigan

CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning handles duct cleaning across Michigan with a simple operating rule: the price is in writing before a single panel comes off. Since 2013, our crews have served more than 52,000 homes, and every one of those jobs left with the same two things: a written price agreed up front and a photo record of the inside of every duct run before and after. Michigan homeowners in older suburbs and newer builds alike deal with the same seasonal realities: furnace-heavy winters, humid summers, and ductwork that hasn’t been opened since it was installed. We document what we find so you don’t have to take our word for it.

Why Michigan Homeowners Choose CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning

Most duct cleaning ads start with a cheap coupon and end with a surprise invoice. CleanRun runs on a different foundation. Our crews operate under the Haven Standard, published in five clauses and agreed to on every job. Clause 4 is the one customers remember: photographic evidence of what was found on every visit, delivered as part of the standard job record. That means the inside of your return and supply runs gets photographed before we work and after we finish, so you can see the difference between real brushing and vacuum noise. Our equipment list is published for the same reason: Rotobrush, Nikro, Abatement Technologies, Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Guardsman. These are trade-recognized brands you can look up before you sign anything. We also offer a free second opinion on any written estimate, even a competitor’s. Bring us their number and we’ll put ours next to it, in writing, and let you decide. Since our first job in 2013, the practice has never changed: written price, documented results, named equipment, and technicians who are background-checked, uniformed, and operating under the H.A.V.E.N. Standard.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven exists because good home-service companies kept getting bought by people who gutted the parts customers relied on: the local crews, the known name, the straight answer. Haven takes the opposite approach. CleanRun stays CleanRun, and every job carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. If the work is not right, we make it right. That guarantee is not subject to manager approval; it’s the same promise that applies to every Haven family company in Michigan, and it’s stamped on the page where you can read it before you call.
