Kitchen Remodeling

A kitchen remodel is a system of decisions: layout, cabinets, counters, fixtures, lighting, plumbing rough-in. We walk the space with you, specify the work line by line, and hand you a price that covers the whole job, not a teaser number that grows once demo starts. Our cabinet lines include KraftMaid and Wellborn; countertops run Cambria and Caesarstone. The written quote reflects the brand you chose, not a vague allowance.

Bathroom Remodeling

Bathrooms fail in predictable ways: waterproofing corners, venting moisture, sloping pans. We document what’s behind the tile before we close the wall, and you get photos of that work. Fixtures are specified up front, Kohler and Toto among them, so the quote names the exact model, not “comparable quality.”

Home Additions

Adding square footage means foundation work, roofline tie-ins, and a permit set the city will actually approve. We’ve built additions across metro Sacramento, from East Sacramento bungalow expansions to Folsom second-story pop-ups. Every additional scope item gets a signed change order before work proceeds. No exceptions, no verbal approvals.

ADU Construction

Accessory dwelling units are the highest-value square footage most homeowners can add. We’ve built detached ADUs, garage conversions, and attached units with separate entrances. The pricing reflects real material costs from our sourcing network, not a per-square-foot guess. You’ll know the all-in number before permits are pulled.

Roofing

Roofs in this region take real sun damage, and a failed underlayment shows up years later as ceiling stains. We install GAF and Owens Corning systems with the manufacturer’s published installation specs, and we photograph the deck before the shingles go on. You see what we saw.

Outdoor Living and Hardscape

Pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, shade structures. We use Belgard and Techo-Bloc paver lines, and the engineering is done before the excavation starts. Drainage is specified in the contract, because a patio that ponds water is a failure, not a feature.

Structural Repair and General Construction

Foundation cracks, sagging beams, water intrusion, termite damage follow-up. We assess, document with photos, and price the repair as a fixed scope. If the building inspector flags something we didn’t see, the change order process governs, and you sign before we spend.
