Emberly Chimney Cleaners in West Virginia

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co brings meticulous, camera-documented chimney cleaning to homeowners across West Virginia. The name isn’t a slogan. It’s the standard we work to on every sweep: NFPA 211 Level 2, a camera sent down the flue, a written price before any work starts, and a documented record when it’s done. Since 2009, we’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every one of them got that same treatment. West Virginia homeowners get the full Emberly standard, backed by the Haven family’s written guarantees.

Why West Virginia Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for a flashlight look up the firebox and call it an inspection. We stopped doing that in 2009, years before insurers or regulators started asking for it. Every Emberly Chimney Cleaners visit across West Virginia includes a camera-scan inspection that shows you exactly what’s inside your flue, and a photo record of what we found. You don’t take our word for it. You see it. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, a named tech is assigned to your job, and you get a text when they’re on the way. The price is quoted and agreed in writing before any work begins. Not a verbal estimate. Not a “we’ll see when we get there.” A written price, written scope, and written warranty, delivered before anyone touches your chimney. And if it’s not done right, we make it right, backed by our 365-Day Done Right Promise. West Virginia homeowners also get something unusual: a free second opinion on any written competitor’s estimate. Bring us the quote and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s fair.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and were about to be bought by someone who would stop. Emberly Chimney Cleaners carries the Haven name because we agreed to the entire Haven Standard: five published clauses covering price, arrival, verified crews, evidence, and no surprises. It’s stamped on every job we do across West Virginia. Haven doesn’t pretend to be from here. We are. What Haven contributes is the standard we work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps our prices honest. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That’s the condition we’re selling.
