Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Washington

Emberly Chimney Cleaners cleans and inspects chimneys across Washington under the Haven Standard, which means every visit includes a camera scan of the flue, a written price before any work starts, and a documented photo record when the job is done. Our name is the inspection standard we work to: NFPA 211 Level 2. We have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys since 2009, each one documented with the same camera-first approach that became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard.

Why Washington Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before regulators or insurers asked for it, because a chimney liner can hide a crack thirty feet down where a flashlight never reaches. Washington homeowners deal with creosote buildup from wet, cold burning seasons, and with liners stressed by temperature swings between freezing nights and hot fires. A camera scan tells you what is actually happening in there. Every visit includes that scan, and every visit ends with a written record of what we found, not what we thought about it. We also carry a 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it is not done right, we make it right. Materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network to keep customer prices honest. Background-checked, uniformed technicians arrive with a named tech assigned and a text when they are on the way. And if you have a written estimate from another company, bring it to us. We will give you a free second opinion on it.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies doing the work properly, and to keep them that way. The Haven Standard is five published clauses: the price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, licensed and insured crews with the license number on the page, photographic evidence of what was found on every visit, and no upsell at the door. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated in Washington, and every job we do is held to all five clauses. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That is the condition you are buying back when you call us, and we put it in writing on every job.
