Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Virginia

Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Virginia

Our Emberly Chimney Cleaners services clean and inspect chimneys across Virginia to the NFPA 211 Level 2 standard, the inspection level named in the company itself. We run a camera down the flue on every visit, document what we find with photographs, and put the price in writing before any work begins. Virginia homeowners get the same thing on every job: a written price, a written scope, a written warranty, and a documented record when we’re done. That practice has been our default since 2009, years before insurers or regulators asked for it, and it became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard.

Why Virginia Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We do not. Since 2009, every visit has included a camera scan of the flue and a photographic record of what we actually found, not what we felt about it. We have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys since then, and every single one got a written price before work started and a documented record when it was done. That is not a promotion. It is the operating rule.

Virginia homeowners who bought between 2015 and 2025 paid a high price for their homes, and they research before they contact anyone. They want to see the condition of the flue with their own eyes, not take someone’s word for it. That is exactly what our camera scan provides. We work to the NFPA 211 Level 2 standard because a Level 1 visual check misses what is inside the flue: cracked tile liners, hidden creosote buildup, gaps in mortar joints, and clearances that are not visible from the firebox. We carry materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network to keep customer prices honest.

Every Emberly technician is background-checked and uniformed. You get a named tech assigned to the job, the license number on the page, and a text when they are on the way. And if something is not done right, our 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right. That promise is stamped on every job under the Haven Standard.

Backed by the Haven Family

Emberly Chimney Cleaners is part of the Haven family, which was formed in 1998 to buy and build home-service companies that agree to one thing above all: the customer should know the price, the person, and the evidence before they have to trust anyone. Every Haven company is held to five published clauses. The price is in writing before work starts. A real arrival window with a named technician. Verified crews with the license number published. Photographic evidence on every visit. No upsell at the door. That standard applies to every Emberly Chimney Cleaners job across Virginia and our Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Washington - Chimney Cleaning locations, no exceptions.
