Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Massachusetts

Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Massachusetts

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co specialists handle chimney cleaning and inspection across Massachusetts under one consistent rule: the price is written down before any work starts. Every visit includes a camera-scan inspection built to the NFPA 211 Level 2 standard, because that is the standard the company is named for. Since 2009, each job has ended the same way - with a documented photo record of what was found and what was done. Massachusetts homeowners who work with Emberly Chimney Cleaners get that documentation as standard, not as an add-on.

Why Massachusetts Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies in Massachusetts will sell you a cleaning and call the quick look up the flue an inspection. Emberly Chimney Cleaners does not work that way. The name is the inspection standard: NFPA 211 Level 2, which means a camera goes down the flue on every visit. That practice started in 2009, years before insurers and regulators began asking for it, and it has continued on more than 38,000 chimneys since. Massachusetts homeowners also get the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work is not done right, it gets made right. Written pricing applies to every job with no exceptions, and a documented photo record is included under Haven Standard Clause 4. If you have a written quote from another company, Emberly Chimney Cleaners will give you a free second opinion on it. The company sources materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield through Haven’s buying network, which keeps customer pricing honest. Technicians are background-checked, uniformed, and named before they arrive. Calls are answered by a live person, 24/7.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and were about to be bought by someone who would stop. The bet was simple: leave the brand, the crews, and the name exactly as they are. Standardize only the five clauses customers actually care about - the Haven Standard. Every Emberly Chimney Cleaners job in Massachusetts carries that guarantee: written price before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, licensed and insured crews, photographic evidence of what was found, and no upsell at the door. Emberly Chimney Cleaners was founded because no one in the trade was willing to sign on to documentation as the default. That is Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, running continuously since 2009. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That is the condition Massachusetts homeowners are buying back when they call.
