Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Maine

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co cleans and inspects chimneys across Maine under a standard most companies never volunteer to meet. Every visit includes an NFPA 211 Level 2 camera-scan inspection and a documented photo record of what we found, delivered to you before we leave the property. Since 2009, we’ve documented more than 38,000 chimneys this way, and every single one began with a written price before any work started. That’s not a slogan. It’s Clause 1 of the Haven Standard, and it’s how we’ve worked in Maine from day one.

Why Maine Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Maine winters put real pressure on a chimney. Freeze-thaw cycles open tiny cracks in mortar, a season of hardwood fires loads the flue with creosote, and by spring the system you trusted all winter needs more than a visual once-over. That’s why our name is the inspection standard we work to. A Level 2 camera scan goes down the full length of the flue and records what’s actually there: hidden cracks, gaps in the liner, blockages, glazed creosote that a flashlight from the roof will never reveal. We explain what we saw in plain language and hand you the photo record. Not because you asked. Because it’s standard on every visit, and it has been since 2009. You’ll also get a written scope and a written warranty before anyone starts, with a price agreed up front. If a competitor has already quoted a chimney job, bring us their written estimate and we’ll give you a free second opinion. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise follows every job: if it’s not done right, we make it right. Our technicians are background-checked, uniformed, and their license number is published on the page. When they’re on the way, you get a text with their name.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies and leave them alone, with one condition: they sign the Haven Standard. Five published clauses covering price, arrival, crews, evidence, and no door upsell. Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Massachusetts - Chimney Cleaning and our Maine location are independently owned and operated, and every job here carries that standard. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is stamped on our work because Haven stands behind the companies that sign. What you get is a local crew held to a published, enforceable set of promises, with documentation to prove the work. That’s the whole arrangement.
