Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Louisiana

Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co cleans and inspects chimneys across Louisiana to the standard its name describes: NFPA 211 Level 2, camera down the flue, written price before work starts, and a documented photo record when the job is done. Since 2009, our crews have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, each one finished with the same evidence file. Louisiana homeowners get the full Haven Standard on every visit: a written price, a named technician, and proof of what we found.

Why Louisiana Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies charge for a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before regulators or insurers asked for it. That practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, and it has run continuously on every job since. Louisiana’s humidity and storm seasons put real stress on flue liners and mortar joints, and a camera scan is the only way to see what is actually happening inside the chase before it becomes a chimney fire or a carbon monoxide problem. We carry materials from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network specifically to keep customer prices honest. Every tech is background-checked and uniformed, with a license number on the page and a text sent when they are on the way. And if the work is not done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we make it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and were about to be bought by someone who would stop. Haven took the opposite bet: leave the brand, the crews, and the name exactly as they are, and standardize only the one thing customers actually complain about, which is not workmanship. It is not knowing. Not knowing the price before the van arrives, not knowing who is coming into the house, not knowing what was found or what was done. So Haven wrote five clauses covering exactly that, published them, and made agreeing to them the entire condition of carrying the name. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That is the condition Louisiana homeowners are buying back when they call our Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Maine - Chimney Cleaning team.
