Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Kentucky

Our Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co services include cleaning and inspecting chimneys across Kentucky with one standard: NFPA 211 Level 2, camera down the flue, written price before any work starts, and a documented photo record when it’s done. Since 2009, we’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every single one came with a written price agreed before the first tool came off the truck. Kentucky homeowners get the same thing: evidence, not opinion.

Why Kentucky Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Most chimney companies in Kentucky will charge for a flashlight look and call it an inspection. We made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before regulators or insurers asked for it. That practice became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, and it’s included on every visit, not sold as an add-on. Kentucky homeowners buying their first house between 2015 and 2025 want to see what they’re paying for. So we hand you a documented photo record: what the flue looks like inside, what we found, and what we did about it. We also put a written price, written scope, and written warranty in front of you before anyone starts. That’s Clause 1, and there are no exceptions and no “call for a quote” games. If a competitor gives you a written estimate, bring it to us. We’ll give you a free second opinion on it. Materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network specifically to keep prices honest. And every job carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Emberly Chimney Cleaners operates as an independently owned and operated chimney service across Kentucky, held to the Haven Standard. That means a real arrival window with a named technician, a crew that’s licensed, insured, and background-checked, written pricing before work begins, photographic evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. Haven doesn’t pretend to be from Kentucky. The local crews are your neighbors. What Haven contributes is the standard they work to, the documentation system that proves it, and the buying power that keeps prices honest.
