Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Alabama
Our Emberly Chimney Cleaners Co services cover chimney cleaning and inspection across Alabama with one commitment that never shifts: a written price before any work starts, and a documented photo record when the job is done. We named the company after the NFPA 211 Level 2 inspection standard because that is the bar we work to on every visit, not an upsell we pitch. Alabama homeowners get a camera-scan inspection, a clean flue, and proof of what we found, all backed by the Haven family’s 365-Day Done Right Promise. Since 2009, we have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys this way.
Why Alabama Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners
Most chimney companies in Alabama will hand you a flashlight and call it an inspection. We send a camera down the flue and hand you the photos. That practice started in 2009, years before insurers or regulators asked for it, and it became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard: evidence on every job. You see what we saw, whether that is creosote buildup, a cracked flue tile, or a clean bill of health. The written price, written scope, and written warranty arrive before anyone touches the chimney, under Haven Standard Clause 1. No door upsell, no scope creep, no “while we’re in here.” Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, with the license number published and a named tech assigned so you know who is coming before the van pulls up. We answer the phone with a live person, 24/7, because a missed call should not mean a missed chimney inspection. And if a competitor has already quoted you, bring it in. We will give you a free second opinion on any written estimate. Our materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network specifically to keep Alabama customer prices honest.
Backed by the Haven Family
Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and were about to be bought by someone who would stop. The haven is not a founder or a place. It is the condition you are buying back: knowing the price before the van arrives, knowing who is coming into your house, knowing what was found and what was done. Every Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Alaska - Chimney Cleaning job and Alabama service carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If it is not done right, we make it right. We are independently owned and operated, which means the trucks, the crews, and the neighbors are local. What Haven contributes is the standard, the documentation system, and the buying power that keeps prices honest. The Haven Standard is five published clauses, and every one of them applies to your chimney.
