Ellery ADU Studio in Delaware

Ellery Adu Studio specialists handle the design, permitting, and construction of accessory dwelling units across Delaware under a single contract with a single written price. Since 2015, our studio has designed, permitted, and built more than 900 ADUs, and every one of them started with the full scope in writing before any work began. Delaware homeowners get the same thing our clients in every market get: one accountable team from the first sketch to the final photo record, with no designer-versus-builder gap to fall into. We are part of the Haven family, which means every job is held to the Haven Standard.

Why Delaware Homeowners Choose Ellery ADU Studio

The typical ADU project falls apart in the handoff. A designer draws plans, a contractor prices them, and when something doesn’t match, each points at the other. Ellery ADU Studio in Florida - ADU projects inspired our model, and Ellery ADU Studio was founded in 2015 specifically to remove that gap. The drawings, the permit set, and the construction are one contract, so there is no one to blame except us, and no incentive to blame anyone at all. Our permit set is not an afterthought we hand off and hope survives contact with a building department. It is the core product. Delaware homeowners receive a written price before any work starts, per Haven Standard Clause 1, and that price is quoted and agreed before we ever pick up a tool.

We also carry a 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the finished ADU is not built to the permitted drawings, we make it right, and that commitment is in writing before the project begins. Every visit includes a documented photo record, so you see what we found and what we did, not a summary of how it felt. Our crews are background-checked and uniformed, and our license number appears on every page, because verified is not the same as claimed. And if you already hold a written estimate from another firm, we’ll give you a free second opinion on it before you sign anything.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies and leave them alone, standardizing only what customers actually complain about: not knowing the price, the person, or the evidence. Ellery ADU Studio operates under that same standard across Delaware. The price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named professional, licensed and insured crews, photographic evidence on every visit, and no upsell at the door. That’s the Haven Standard, five clauses, and it applies to every Ellery ADU Studio project in Delaware.
