Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Texas

Emberly Chimney Cleaners handles chimney cleaning and inspection for homeowners across Texas, from the Metroplex to the Gulf Coast and the Hill Country in between. Every visit follows the same discipline: a camera-scan inspection to NFPA 211 Level 2, photographic documentation of what we find, and a written price agreed before any work starts. Texas homes burn a lot of wood in shoulder season and face creosote buildup that an ordinary visual inspection simply misses. Emberly exists to show you the inside of your flue, not tell you it probably looks fine.

Why Texas Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Texas weather punishes chimneys in ways that surprise people. The freeze-thaw cycle across a Hill Country winter cracks masonry, spring storms soak into chase tops, and summer heat bakes whatever creosote or debris is already in the flue into something harder and more hazardous. Our crews see this constantly. That’s why Emberly made camera-scan documentation the default in 2009, years before regulators or insurers asked for it. When we finish a cleaning, you receive a documented photo record of what the camera saw, what we removed, and what remains. Since 2009, our technicians have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys, and every single job has been quoted in writing before work began. We also offer a free second opinion on any written estimate you bring us from another company. If their price is honest, we’ll tell you. If it isn’t, you’ll know that too. Materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network specifically to keep customer prices honest. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if the work wasn’t done right, we return and make it right. No argument, no re-invoice.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy good home-service companies before someone else bought them and stripped out the very thing that made them good. The pattern Haven exists to prevent is familiar: a strong local operator sells to a roll-up, a call center replaces the person who answers the phone, and the reviews collapse within two years. Haven took the opposite bet. Emberly Chimney Cleaners keeps its name, its crews, and its local roots across Texas, while operating under the Haven Standard: five published clauses covering written pricing, real arrival windows, verified technicians, documented evidence on every job, and no surprises at the door. Clause 4, the camera-scan documentation practice, originated with Emberly’s work in 2009 and became the standard every Haven company follows. A haven is somewhere nothing bad is going to happen to you. That’s the condition Texas homeowners are buying back when they call us.
