Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Minnesota

Emberly Chimney Cleaners brings camera-scan chimney cleaning and NFPA 211 Level 2 inspection work to homeowners across Minnesota. Every visit includes a documented photo record of what we find, and every job starts with a written price, a written scope, and a written warranty before anyone picks up a brush. As part of the Haven family, Emberly holds to a standard that Minnesota winters make essential: you see the evidence, you know the price, and you get a record of what was done before the first snow falls.

Why Minnesota Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Minnesota’s freeze-thaw cycle is hard on masonry, and a chimney that survives one winter can give out in the next. Emberly’s technicians are background-checked and uniformed, with a named tech assigned to the job and a text sent when they are on the way. We’ve inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys since 2009, and every single one carried the same promise: a written price before work starts, no exceptions, and no “call for a quote.” What that means for a homeowner is that the number you agree to is the number you pay. The camera goes down the flue on every visit, not as an add-on but as the default. That practice, which became Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, gives you a documented photo record you can actually look at. If a competitor has quoted you a lower written estimate, Emberly will provide a free second opinion. Our materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network to keep prices honest. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if it is not done right, we make it right.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies that were already doing the work properly and keep them that way. The five clauses of the Haven Standard apply to every Emberly job across Minnesota: price in writing before work starts, a real arrival window with a named technician, verified crews with license numbers published, photographic evidence on every job, and no upsell at the door. Emberly is independently owned and operated, with local technicians and local trucks. What Haven contributes is the standard they work to and the documentation system that proves it.
