Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Idaho

Emberly Chimney Cleaners handles chimney cleaning and inspection work across Idaho with a simple approach: the camera goes down the flue on every visit, the price is in writing before anyone starts, and you get a documented photo record when the job is done. Since 2009, our crews have inspected and cleaned more than 38,000 chimneys. Each one carried a written price agreed before work began. As part of the Haven family, every Emberly job in Idaho works to NFPA 211 Level 2 standards. Nothing is left to a flashlight and a guess.

Why Idaho Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Idaho winters put real demand on a chimney. Creosote builds up fast when a fire burns hot and steady through November and December, and the freeze-thaw cycle across the high desert and mountain valleys works on masonry in ways coastal climates never see. Homeowners who bought between 2015 and 2025 at a high price want to know what they are dealing with before they spend another dollar. That is exactly what Emberly delivers. Every visit includes a camera-scan inspection, which is the NFPA 211 Level 2 standard, not a quick look up the flue. We document what we find with photos, and those photos become part of your record. The 365-Day Done Right Promise stands behind the work: if it is not done right, we make it right. Materials come from suppliers like DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield, sourced through Haven’s buying network to keep pricing honest. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, with a named tech assigned to your job and a text sent when they are on the way. And the written price, written scope, and written warranty are delivered before anyone starts, not after a technician is already standing in your living room.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven was formed in 1998 to buy small home-service companies doing the work properly and protect them from buyers who would strip that out. The deal is the Haven Standard: five published clauses that every Haven company signs. Clause 1 is the price in writing before work starts. Clause 4 is the photographic evidence on every visit, the practice Emberly has run continuously since 2009. Across Idaho, every Emberly job carries the full weight of that standard and the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
