Emberly Chimney Cleaners in Arkansas

Emberly Chimney Cleaners is the Arkansas chimney cleaning brand in the Haven family. We clean and inspect chimneys across the state with a written price delivered before any work begins, a camera-scan inspection on every visit, and a documented photo record when the job is done. No flashlight glance passed off as an inspection. No “call for a quote” runaround. Homeowners in Arkansas get the same thing every customer gets: the price in writing, the findings in photographs, and a 365-day promise that if it’s not done right, we make it right.

Why Arkansas Homeowners Choose Emberly Chimney Cleaners

Arkansas homes run real fireplaces. Cold snaps push creosote into the flue, humid summers swell masonry, and a chimney that hasn’t been looked at since the house changed hands in 2018 is a question mark, not a feature. Emberly Chimney Cleaners answers that question with evidence. Every job since 2009 has been inspected and cleaned with a written price agreed before anyone starts, and a documented record delivered when the work is done. That’s more than 38,000 chimneys, each one photographed and logged under Haven Standard Clause 4. Our technicians arrive on a real schedule, with a named tech assigned and a text when they’re on the way. They’re background-checked and uniformed, and their license number is published on the page. When we put a camera down the flue for an NFPA 211 Level 2 inspection, you see what we found, not what we felt about it. Materials come from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield through Haven’s buying network, which keeps the price honest. If another company hands you a written estimate, bring it to us for a free second opinion. No upsell at the door, no “while we’re in here” scope creep. Clause 5 exists for a reason.

Backed by the Haven Family

Haven doesn’t pretend to be from Arkansas. Emberly Chimney Cleaners is independently owned and operated, the license and the trucks local to the state. What Haven contributes is the standard. Five clauses, published, that every Emberly job across Arkansas is held to: written price before work starts, a real arrival window with a named tech, verified licensed and insured crews, photographic evidence on every visit, and no surprises at the door. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every chimney we touch in Arkansas. If it’s not right, we make it right.
